Meadows Of Various Villages, Goniądz Register - Rural Area. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Biebrza National Park, As Well As In Natura 2000 Areas. Scope Of The Order: - Demolition Of The Existing Fence, - Construction Of A New High-Density Plastic Fence (E.G. Hdpe Polyethylene) - 10 Gates. (2 X 4M + 8 X 4M) Including Planting, - Making An Electricity Connection To The Fence (100M Section) And Performing Electrical Tests And Measurements. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements That The Subject Of The Order Must Meet Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Is Used Only To Determine The Scope And Estimate The Value Of The Order And Cannot Be Treated As The Only Basis For The Implementation Of The Works. All Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Applicable Standards And Construction Law Provisions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Current Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Legal Provisions And Guidelines Of Manufacturers Of Materials And Equipment. All Work Must Be Performed With Due Care, Ensuring Durability And Safety Of Use. If The Bill Of Quantities Or Documentation Does Not List All Elements, Materials Or Installations Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works And Ensuring Their Full Functionality, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Them Into Account And Perform Them As Part Of The Order.
