1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Street Lighting In The Ładzice Commune 2. Part 1 Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Street Lighting Power Cable Line And: 1) Connecting Its Power Supply To The Existing Street Lighting Overhead Line, Installing Lighting Poles With Lighting Fixtures In Radziechowice Drugie, Commune. Ładzice, Plot No. 1329/9, Radziechowice Drugie District - On The Section From The Connection With The Overhead Line Up To And Including The 3Rd Lamp. 3. As Part Of Part 1 Covering The Construction Of The Line In The Area Radziechowice Dobre, Plot No. 1329/9 The Contractor Will Build A Street Lighting Power Cable Line By Laying Street Lighting Power Cable Lines In The Ground, Installing 3 Lighting Poles And Fixtures And Connecting Them To The Street Lighting Pole. 1) The Existing Street Lighting Pole Will Be Used To Power The Street Lighting Cable Line That Is The Subject Of The Study. 2) The Construction Documentation Provides For Changes In Land Development Consisting In The Construction Of Sections Of Street Lighting Cable Lines And The Installation Of Lighting Poles And Fixtures. 3) The Technical Documentation Does Not Provide For Changes In The Development Of The Area Consisting Of: Changing The Communication System, Changing The Area Infrastructure Network With Fire-Fighting Water Supply, Landform And Greenery. 4) The Plots In Question Through Which The Investment Runs Are Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Are Not Subject To Protection On The Basis Of The Local Spatial Development Plan.
