1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Included In The Scope Of Renovation Of Road Markings On District And Voivodeship Roads Located In The Zawiercie District.2. The Renewed Horizontal Markings Should Take Into Account The Technical Conditions For Horizontal Road Signs Specified In Particular In Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On Roads, As Well As The Guidelines Of The Provincial Roads Authority (Technical Guidelines For Horizontal Markings). If It Is Necessary To Remove Old Road Markings, They Should Be Done Using A Method That Will Cause As Little Damage To The Surface As Possible, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Technical Guidelines For Road Markings Of The Provincial Roads Authority In Katowice. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Submit A Design Testing The Parameters That Should Be Characteristic Of Horizontal Markings According To The Above-Mentioned Guidelines And The Regulation (Including Marking Color, Luminance, Roughness).6.
