The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Myślątkowo From The Community Center To Property No. Roadsides Reinforced With Crushed Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide Each. The Scope Of Work Includes: Measurement And Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks - A Bed For The Structural Layers Of The Road And Exits, Construction Of A Layer Of A Cement-Related Mixture, Construction Of A Foundation Made Of A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate, Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Surface, Construction Of Roadsides. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation: 1) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) Technical Design. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To The Standards And Technical Assessments Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Impression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Words Or Equivalent Are Accompanied. Pursuant To Art. 101(5) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Offer Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor May Make A Site Visit. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Of Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration.
