The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Appendix No. 4 To The Swz And Technical Documentation - Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. Submitting The As-Built Inventory To The District Geodetic And Cartographic Resource Is The Contractors Obligation - It Should Be Reported In Accordance With The Provisions Of Geodetic Law And Provide The Ordering Party With Maps With Measurements And The Seal Of The Competent Authority Confirming The Receipt And The Surveyors Declaration Regarding The Notification.3) If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicate The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Directly Or Indirectly Indicated In The Tender Documentation, Identifying The Goods Or Product Directly Or Indirectly - Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation.
