The Given Range Is The Basis For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. If, During The Execution Of The Order, It Turns Out That It Will Be Necessary To Perform Complementary, Replacement Or Unforeseen Works, The Scope Of Which Does Not Exceed The Employers Rights Under The Public Procurement Law To Change The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform These Works If Ordered, While Maintaining The Same Calculation Rates.3.
