Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services During Meetings Related To Development Policy And Consultations On Strategic Documents Developed At The Regional And National Level.

1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Provision Of Catering Services Along With Waiter Service During Meetings Related To The Implementation Of Development Policy And Consultations Of Strategic Documents Developed At The Regional And National Level, Organized By The Department Of Regional Policy And Foreign Cooperation Of The Marshals Office Of The Łódź Voivodeship. As Part Of The Ordered Service, It Is Planned To Organize From 2 To A Maximum Of 6 Meetings For A Group Of Participants Of Not Less Than 20 And Not More Than 50 People Present At Each From The Meetings. All Meetings Are To Be Held In The City Of Łódź, And The Exact Place Of Provision Of Services During Individual Meetings Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party. By Providing Catering Services, The Ordering Party Means The Services Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals Previously Prepared By The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Sanitary Regulations, On The Date (Day, Time) And Place Where Individual Meetings Will Be Held2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz (At The Same Time It Will Be Annex No. 1 To The Contract).3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, One Person Who Will Directly Perform Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Will Act As A Waiter, Responsible For Serving The Ordered Meals And The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. By The Employment Requirement, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirement That The Person (Or Persons) Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (Agreement) Is Employed Under An Employment Contract Throughout The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of This Order (Agreement), On A Working Time Corresponding To The Subject Of The Contract And For Remuneration In An Amount Not Lower Than The Minimum Remuneration For Work Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Remuneration For Work. Any Further Provisions Regarding This Issue, Fulfilling The Provisions Of Art. 95 Pzp, Are Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Draft Contract).
