The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Administrative Building Of Świebodzińskie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Sp. Z O. O., Located At Ul. Cegielnianej 2, 66-200 Świebodzin. The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Thermal Insulation Of The Flat Roof, Roof Coating With A Liquid Polyurethane Membrane Along With The Preparation Of The Existing Substrate, Performance Of Necessary Accompanying And Repair Works, And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. Scope Of Worksthe Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Making Technological Holes In The Concrete Elements Of The Flat Roof;2. Thermal Insulation Of The Flat Roof;3. Supplementing The Structural Elements Of The Roof;4. Making A New Roof Coating;5. Execution Of Coating Insulation For Chimney Caps;6. Works Related To Lightning Protection Installation;7. Cleaning Works And Waste Management; Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documents, Bill Of Quantities, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Laws, Relevant Standards And Recommendations Of The Manufacturers Of The Materials And Systems Used.2. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes An Element Of The Documentation Describing The Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Activities, Materials, Devices, Equipment And Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Correct And Complete Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order, Even If They Are Not Listed Separately In Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities, As Long As Their Execution Is Necessary To Achieve The Result Resulting From The Order Documents.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Site And The Property Located In Its Vicinity Against Damage, Dirt Or Other Negative Effects Of The Work.4. Any Damage To The Elements Of The Building Or Its Equipment Resulting From The Performance Of The Works Is Obliged To Be Removed By The Contractor At His Own Expense And The Damaged Elements Should Be Restored At Least To The Condition Prior To The Commencement Of The Works.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People Staying In The Building And Its Surroundings, Taking Into Account The Fact That The Works Will Be Performed On An Existing Administration Building.6. Construction Materials And Products Used To Complete The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Approved For Use In Construction And Have Documents Required By Applicable Regulations.7. If Materials Forming A Technological System Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Mutually Compatible Materials And Comply With The Technology And Recommendations Of The Manufacturer Of A Given System.
