The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Rubber Belts For Conveyors Transporting Waste Located At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Olsztyn As Well As Gluing And Vulcanization Services For Conveyor Belts.2. Deliveries And Services Will Be Carried Out Successively, As Material Needs Arise, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. The Place Of Supply Of Rubber Tapes For Devices And The Provision Of Gluing And Vulcanization Services Is The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (Zuok), Address: Piotra Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn.4. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope (Size) Of The Order Is Determined By The Basic Order. 5. The Ordering Party, Under This Order, Allows The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Consists In Extending The Scope Of The Contract To Include The Supplies And Services Specified Below. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Uses The Option In Part Or In Full, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order (Agreement) To The Extent To Which The Ordering Party Uses The Option. The Right To Demand The Implementation Of The Scope Referred To Above (Option) Is The Ordering Partys Right, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Execution Of The Order.
