The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of Bicycle Paths In The Municipal Road No. 105607, Dworcowa Street In Zawadzkie, No. 105632, Księdza Wajdy Street In Zawadzkie, No. 105608O Stawowa Street In Zawadzkie, And On The Internal Road Located At Andrzeja Street In Zawadzkie, As Well As The Preparation Other Materials Necessary To Issue A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid) And Obtaining This Decision, Obtaining A Building Permit For The Road And Effectively Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit (If Necessary). Construction Of Bicycle Paths - In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment Through Plots Marked With Numbers 373/11, 431, 404, 467/3, 482, 487/104, 467/3, 487/103, 487/105, 487/106, 465/2, 483/9, 486 District 0094 Zawadzkie. 1) The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311) And Other Legal Provisions, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518). 2) Characteristics Of The Designed Bicycle Path: A Bicycle Path And/Or A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Should Be Designed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And Standards, And Wr-D Bicycle Infrastructure Design Guidelines. 3) Minimum Technical Parameters: ◦ Two-Way Bicycle Path With A Width Of Min. 2.5 M And 3.0 M On Sections With Expected Higher Traffic Intensity Or In Built-Up Areas, ◦ Bituminous Surface, Adapted To The Traffic Intensity And Soil And Water Conditions; Other Equivalent Solutions With Durability And Driving Comfort No Worse Than Bituminous Surface Are Allowed. ◦ Radii Of Horizontal And Vertical Curves, Transverse And Longitudinal Inclinations - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Wr-D Guidelines. ◦ The Solutions Of Intersections And Bicycle Crossings Must Ensure Full Safety Of Road Users And Compliance With Road Safety Rules, ◦ Drainage Of The Bicycle Path Should Be Designed In A Way That Ensures Effective Drainage Of Water To Existing Or Newly Designed Drainage Ditches And Using The Existing Or New Storm Sewage System, With Retention And Pre-Treatment Elements (E.G. Settling Tanks, Separators). ◦ Road Lighting - In Led Technology, Including Illumination Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Crossings, In Accordance With The Pn-En 13201 Standard. ◦ Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Users With Limited Mobility - Appropriate Slopes, Textured Warning And Directional Surfaces At Entrances And Crossings. 4) Supplementary Scope Of The Development Of Design Documentation: As Part Of The Development Of Design Documentation, Apart From The Basic Scope, The Following Should Be Taken Into Account In Particular: ◦ Const
