The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Four All In One Computer Sets With An Operating System To Create Workstations For Users With Special Needs At The Jan Kochanowski University In Kielce, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 1 To This Tor. The Subject Of The Order Includes Purchase Together With Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Unloading By The Contractor At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Of Full Value, Non-Defective, Complete (Without The Need To Purchase Additional Elements By The Ordering Party), Equipped With All The Elements Necessary For Installation And Approval For Use, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Come From Current Production, Meet Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From The Function And Purpose And Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, I.E. Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties. The Delivered Equipment Should Have The Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates Required By Law And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law, Taking Into Account, First Of All, Its Intended Use.
