1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Consumables For Office Equipment For Wfośigw In Warsaw (Toners, Drums And Other Accessories), Listed In Detail And Described In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Consumables For Computer Printers, Photocopiers And Multifunction Devices.3. All Delivered Consumable Materials Must Be: 1) Brand New - Which Should Be Considered As Materials Without Traces Of Use Or Damage, Of Full Value, Not Regenerated, Not Refabricated And For The Production Of Which Only Elements/Semi-Finished Products Were Used, 100% New, Not Recycled, Not Refabricated, Without Traces Of Previous Use Or Damage, Not Regenerated, Not Previously (Originally) Included In Part Or In Whole In Other Articles. A Product Is Not Considered Brand New If The Container Has Only Been Cleaned And Refilled With Toner Or Ink. The Quality Of The Print (Copy), Efficiency, Speed Of Drying (Fixing), And The Fact That The Print (Copy) Is Not Blurred Should Correspond To The Original Product Of The Manufacturer Of The Device In Which It Will Be Installed. The Toner Cartridge Must Have A Protection That Prevents Toner Powder From Spilling Out During Transport Or Storage; 2) Original Materials - Which Should Be Considered Consumable Materials Produced By The Manufacturers Of The Devices In Which They Are To Be Used, Not Being Imitations Or Alterations, Not Counterfeit Or Equivalent Materials, Which Should Be Considered Brand New Materials, I.E. 100% New Parts Must Be Used In Their Production, Fully Compatible With The Equipment For Which They Are Ordered, Whose Quality, Technical Parameters, The Efficiency Is At Least As Good As The Original Materials. None Of The Parts, E.G. Cassette, Photosensitive Drum, Casing, Feeding Strip, Collecting Strip, Magnetic Roller, Print Head, Toner, Ink, Ink And Other Parts, Were Used In Their Original Form In Whole Or In Part In Another Product. Materials Cannot Have Traces Of Previous Use Or Damage, Cannot Be Regenerated Or Refabricated And Must Come From Current Production.4. The Ordering Party Allows For The Delivery Of Consumables Equivalent To The Original Ones, Provided That They Meet The Same Technical Parameters As The Original Ones And Do Not Cause Damage To Copying And Printing Devices. Equivalence Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. The Supplied Consumables Must Be Of High Quality, Of Full Value, Without Defects.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Consumables To The Headquarters Of Wfośigw In Warsaw At Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7 In Warsaw, At Your Own Expense, With Your Own Transport, Including Unloading And Transporting To The Indicated Place.7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Successively, In Batches, On The Delivery Date Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Counted From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party V
