The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Mineral Water In Glass Bottles With A Capacity Of 0.33 L, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order, In A Maximum Quantity Of 337,000 Pieces.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Highly Mineralized Natural Mineral Water, Total Content Of Dissolved Minerals - Not Less Than 1700 Mg/L, 2) Co2 Saturation: Low-Saturated, Medium-Saturated, High-Saturated, 3) Unit Packaging: Returnable Bottle - Transparent Glass With A Capacity Of 0.33L, Bottle With An Intact Label Allowing Product Identification,4) Collective Packaging: Plastic Transporter With A Capacity Of 24 Bottles,5) Bottle Closure: Cpx Type (Cap With A Pin).3. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Have All Certificates, Approvals And Laboratory Tests Required By Law, Confirming Suitability For Consumption.4. The Shelf Life Cannot Be Shorter Than 90 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of A Particular Batch Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party.5. Upon The Ordering Partys Orders, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Contract Period, In Batches (Maximum 72 Batches), Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.6. The Number And Type Of Elements Of The Subject Of The Order (Concerns The Degree Of Co2 Saturation) That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depends On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 5. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Number Of Bottles In A Single Delivery May Be A Maximum Of 6,720 Pieces And A Minimum Of 2,880 Pieces.7. The Ordering Party Will Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail.8. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Delivery Date.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Elements Of The Items Of The Order At Its Own Expense And On Its Own.10. As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor, At Its Own Expense, Will Collect Returnable Bottles In Transporters (24 Bottles Each) From The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Main Warehouse Of The Wieliczka S.A.
