The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader, Production Year 2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, The Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor, Along With The Offer, Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Offered Technical And Qualitative Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting The Content Of The Offer. Other Requirements: 1) The Backhoe Loader Must Be Brand New, Unused, Have No Physical Or Legal Defects, In Particular Its Parameters, Technical And Design Features, As Well As Equipment Must Meet All Applicable Standards And Safety Requirements, 2) The Backhoe Loader Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties; 3) The Backhoe Loader Must Have A Declaration Of Compliance With Ce Or Approval, 4) The Backhoe Loader Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Consolidated Text) And Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As With Other Provisions Of The Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law, 5) The Contractor Will Ensure Transport And Unloading Of The Offered Backhoe Loader At Its Own Expense And Risk, 6) The Operating Manual Of The Backhoe Loader Must Be In Polish, 7) Warranty For The Offered Backhoe Loader The Backhoe Loader Must Include All Components, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, 8) The Contractor Will Provide Warranty Service (During The Offered Period) Located In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, 9) The Contractor Will Train Two Operators Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Offered Backhoe Loader. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Its Implementation Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. This Order Is Co-Financed Under The Civil Protection And Defense Program Civil For The Years 2025-2026, Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.
