The Subject Of This Order Is: Provision Of Educational And Didactic Infrastructure For The Area At The Municipal Kindergarten In Przedcze In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: From An Early Age, We Think And Act Ecologically - Development Of Educational And Didactic Infrastructure At The Municipal Kindergarten In Przedcze.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz.1) The Delivery Includes: A) Delivery By The Contractor Of The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Together With Its Transportation To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Assembly In Accordance With Annex No. 1 - To The Swz.2) Place Of Delivery: Municipal Kindergarten In Przedcze, Plac Święta Wawrzyńca 16, 62 - 635 Przedcz.3. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have All Documents Required By National And Eu Law Authorizing Its Use In Poland, And Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.4. The Area Of ​​The Municipal Kindergarten Is Located In The Area Of ​​The Historic Urban Layout Of The Town Of Przedcza, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. 472/213/A.5. The Ordering Party Has A Permit To Conduct Archaeological Research And A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works In The Area Of ​​The Historical Urban Layout Of The Town Of Przedcza Regarding The Task In Question, Issued By The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Konin. 6. As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Archaeological Supervision And Prepare Documentation Of The Course Of Archaeological Research For The Task In Question.
