The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Organization Of An Emergency Shelter (Mds) In The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Local Government Kindergarten No. 2 In Sułkowice, Located At Ul. 1 Maja 56, 32-440 Sułkowice, On Plots No. 774, 772/1, 772/2, 772/3, 773 And 1136.2. The Contractor Will Develop A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design In Accordance With The Construction Law. Design Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular: • The Construction Law, • The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Act, • The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter, • Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions And Industry Regulations.3. The Documentation Is Intended To Enable Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions And Conducting Tender Proceedings For Construction Works.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment, Including A Building Permit Decision, If Required By Law, And Providing The Ordering Party With Final Decisions.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Works Planned To Be Carried Out Is Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference Of The Order.6. Definition Of The Order According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Cpv 71320000-7 - Engineering Services In The Field Of Design 7. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Within Area 1 Collective Protection Facilities, In Accordance With The Contract No. 148.10.4/Ibz/Olioc/2026 Between The Voivode Małopolskie And The Sułkowice Commune.8. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Implementation, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Involves The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Constituting The Basis For Obtaining The Right To Carry Out Construction Works.
