The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport And Return Of 27 Disabled Children From Their Place Of Residence In The Following Towns: Ostrowo, Zielonka, Cekcyn, Okoninek, Zdroje, Cekcynek, Iwiec, Kruszka, Nowy Sumin, Wielkie Budziska, Małe Gacno, Dębowiec, Wysoka To The Special Educational And Upbringing Center In Tuchola: A) Ostrowo - 1 Child, B) Zielonka - 2 Children,C) Cekcyn - 5 Children,D) Okoninek - 1 Child,E) Zdroje - 5 Children,F) Cekcynek - 3 Children,G) Iwiec - 1 Child,H) Kruszka - 1 Child,I) Nowy Sumin - 2 Children,J) Wielkie Budziska - 2 Children,K) Małe Gacno - 1 Child,L) Dębowiec - 1 Child) Wysoka - 2 Children.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Transport Services From The Childrens Place Of Residence To The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola And On The Return Route From The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola To Their Place Of Residence. The List Of Childrens Residential Addresses Will Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Contract And Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Transport Of Children From Their Place Of Residence To The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola Takes Place By One Trip, While The Return Of Children From The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola To Their Place Of Residence: A) From Monday To Thursday - By Two Trips, The First At 1:10 P.M. Detailed Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Order:1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise The Greatest Care In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.2) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Scope, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Children To Be Transferred To Another Vehicle During Transport, Except For Special Reasons.4) Travel Hours (Travel And Return) From Monday To Friday, On School Days In Accordance With The Agreed Class Schedule.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Care For The Children During Transport And On The Way Back, And To Maintain Special Safety While Transporting Children,6) Students Will Be Picked Up From Their Place Of Residence (The Exact Addresses Will Be Provided To The Contractor When Signing The Contract).7) The Number Of Students Covered By Transport May Increase Or Decrease; After Each Change, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With An Updated List
