1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of Ul. Bolesława Chrobrego On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Transversal To The Border With The Ożarów Commune (Length Approx. 760 M), Including All Arrangements, Decisions, Industry Designs And Other Studies And Documents Required Or Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision, And Enabling The Conduct Of A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, As Well As The Correct Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Obtaining A Zrid Decision And Applying For A Zrid Decision Immediate Enforceability Or Finality Clause, Depending On The Adopted Method Of Investment Implementation And The Needs Of The Ordering Party.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Include In The Design Documentation The Solutions Preferred By The Ordering Party: 1) Two-Way Road With A Width Of Min. 6 M And A One-Sided Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes With Connection To The Existing Road System; 2) Road Surface Made Of Asphalt Concrete (Traffic Category Kr Should Be Determined And Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Concept Development); 3) Sidewalk Made Of Gray Concrete Cubes, Exits Made Of Red Concrete Cubes; 4) Access To Gates And Garbage Shelters From The Newly Designed Road In The Trace Of The Existing Ones, While Maintaining The Possibility Of Their Correct Use; 5) Exits To Undeveloped Plots After Consultation With The Owners, And If Contact With Them Is Not Possible, In Consultation With The Persons Responsible For The Execution Of The Order On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Solutions Indicated In Section 2 Are Preferred. The Ordering Party Allows Their Change At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, If It Is Justified By Applicable Regulations, Field Conditions, Research Results, Arrangements Or Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Detailed Subject Of The Order (Activities To Be Performed), Performance Conditions, Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And Other Details Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz.
