Subject Of The Order 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Providing Containers And Bins, Together With The Removal Of Solid Municipal Waste, Segregated Waste, Leaves, Rubble, Construction Waste From The Facilities Of The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin, Hereinafter Referred To As Waste. The Calculation Of Waste Collection Together With The Quantity, Capacity Of Containers And Containers And The Frequency Of Emptying Is Included In The Table Included In The Offer (Appendix No. 1). 2) In Order To Properly Provide The Service, The Ordering Party Requires That During Its Implementation, The Contractor Undertakes To Make Available To The Ordering Party Containers And Containers Intended For Waste Storage And Has At Its Disposal The Means Of Transport Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order. 3) The Frequency Of Waste Collection May Be Increased Or Reduced To The Current And Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. If The Needs For Waste Collection Are Reduced, The Ordering Party May Reduce The Demand By 25% Of The Total Contract Amount. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party On This Account.4) The Export Days And The Number Of Containers May Be Adjusted To The Current And Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Particular Related To Ongoing Construction Works And Holiday Breaks, Provided That The Total Number Of Exports Covered By The Contract Will Not Increase.5) All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute The Ordering Partys Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.6) Nomenclature According To Cpv: 90511000-2 - Waste Disposal Services7) Any Names (Trademarks) Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.8) The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Indicating Objective Technical And Quality Features And Standards For Which Definition Is Allowed. Indication Of Exemplary Trademarks. 9) If The Ordering Party Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.10) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.2. Equivalent Solutions A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
