1) Part I: Delivery Of Furniture And Equipment For The Ecological Education Building4. The Scope Of The Order For Part I Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Furniture And Equipment Along With The Costs Of Transport, Unloading And Assembly (If Required In Accordance With The Opz). 6. The Contractor Will Deliver Furniture And Equipment Using His Own Transport At His Own Risk And Expense. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivery, Bringing, Assembly, Disposition And Disposal Of All Types Of Packaging After The Supplied Equipment.7. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7A, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And This Swz.8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Parameters Of The Delivery Item Presented In The Order Documentation Should Be Treated As Minimal. The Ordering Party Allows Deviations From The Minimum Parameters Specified In The Purchase And Delivery Specifications, Provided That The Parameters Of The Proposed Assortment Are Better Than Those Designed (E.G. Improved Functionality, Possibility Of Better Positioning Of Furniture Equipment In Rooms, Better Durability, Strength, Change In Color, Change In The Shape Of The Equipment). The Condition For Consent To A Derogation Is The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party.
