1. The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Occasional Catering Services Along With Waiter Service For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 55321000-6 (Food Preparation Services), 55320000-9 (Food Serving Services), 55521200-0 (Meal Delivery Services), 55520000-1 (Meal Delivery Services). 3. The Term Successive Services Should Be Understood As The Execution Of Partial Orders In Various Quantities, At The Date And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Individual Orders Placed Electronically By Individual Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk, On The Order Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract.4. Place Of Service: Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk, Located In The Tricity Area (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia) Indicated In The Order Form - Annex No. 3 To The Contract.5. The Order Includes Comprehensive Occasional Catering Services With Waiter Service, Including The Preparation Of Meals, Their Delivery And Serving, As Well As The Provision Of The Necessary Equipment, Facilities And Service Related To The Implementation Of The Order, For The Needs Of Individual Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party, In Particular During Single- And Multi-Day Events Organized By The Ordering Party, Such As Conferences, Training, Courses, Conventions, Special Events, Meetings And Others.6. The Date Of Placing The Order Is The Date Of Sending The Order Form By The Ordering Partys Representative Electronically To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Fully Ready To Provide The Service At Least 30 Minutes Before The Start Of A Given Event At The Place Indicated In The Order Form - Annex 3 To The Contract. Full Readiness To Provide The Service Should Be Understood In Particular: Preparation And Delivery Of Meals, Preparation Of Tables Provided By The Ordering Party Or Cocktail Tables, Including Covering Them With Tablecloths Or Covers, Setting Meals, Preparing Cutlery And Tableware, And Providing Waiting Staff Ready To Serve The Event.8. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Consisting In Comprehensive Preparation Of Meals.9. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Swz Together With Annexes, In Particular In The Subject-Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Rules For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 10. The Number Of Meals Indicated In The Subject And Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz Determines The Expected (Estimated) Number Of Meals Covered By The Order And Is Used To Calculate The Offer Price.
