The Scope Includes In Particular: Rack It And Ot Cabinets; Enterprise-Class Server; Disk Array For A High-Availability Cluster; Operating System And Access Licenses; Virtualization Environment; Nas Server And Backup Software According To The 3-2-1 Model; Managed It And Ot Switches; Ups Devices With Battery Modules; Three Transfer/Aio Stations; Three Edr Licenses; Three U2f Keys; Ot Infrastructure And Cyber Threat Monitoring Systems; It/Ot/Ics/Iiot Network Segmentation; Wpa3-Enterprise Access Point; Utm Ot Device; Secure Vpn Connections And Implementation, Configuration, Hardening, Migration, Integration, Acceptance Testing And Post-Implementation Documentation Services. Detailed, Binding Technical, Functional, Quantitative And Acceptance Requirements Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Detailed Opz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes (Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Point 14 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No. 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act)) Used To Perform The Contract, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Did Not Include: − Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; − Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Inspection.
