The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Provision Of Hotel Services In The City Of Krakow In Connection With The Organization Of Artistic Events, Including The Little Divine Comedy And Divine Comedy Festivals, For The Łaźnia Nowa Theater, In Single Or Double Rooms, In A Hotel Of The Standard Indicated For A Given Part Of The Order, Respectively In Relation To One Or Two Parts Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts Due To The Different Standard And Scope Of Accommodation Demand: A) Part 1 - Hotel With A Minimum 3* Standard, Reference Location: Teatr Łaźnia Nowa, Os. Szkolne 25, 31-977 Kraków.B) Part 2 - Hotel With A Minimum 4* Standard, Reference Location: Teatr Łaźnia Nowa, Os. Szkolne 25, 31-977 Kraków.3. The Estimated Number Of Rooms And Hotel Nights Ordered Are Included In Appendix A To The Swz. For Each Part Of The Order, The Hotel Must Be Located No Further Than 2.0 Km From The Łaźnia Nowa Theater, Os. Szkolne 25, 31-977 Kraków. The Distance Will Be Measured Based On The Google Maps Internet Map As The Shortest Walking Distance, Calculated From The Main Entrance Of The Hotel To The Main Entrance Of The Łaźnia Nowa Theater.4. The Numbers Indicated In The Offer Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price. These Numbers May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.
