The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation Of A Complete Replacement Design Along With Obtaining A Final Decision To Change The Permit For The Construction Of A Multi-Family Municipal Residential Building At Ul. Mariana Skrzynecki In Mińsk Mazowiecki, Together With Strengthening The Ground By Piling Under The Foundation Slab, Internal Roads, Parking Spaces, A Parking Shelter With Photovoltaics, Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Of The Building And A Rainwater Tank, As Well As With Installations, I.E. Sanitary Sewage System, Rainwater Sewage System And Electricity On The Plot No. 2417/78 And An Underground Garage That Can Be Serve As A Protective Structure In The Form Of A U-1 Category Shelter. The Effect Desired By The Ordering Party Is To Obtain An Underground Garage That Can Serve As A Protective Structure In The Form Of Hiding Category U-1 For As Many People As Possible. Replacement Design Works Should Be Carried Out Based On The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation That The Ordering Party Has And For Which The Original Building Permit No. 33/2024 Of January 19, 2024 Was Obtained.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Construction Design Interchangeable With A Multi-Discipline Technical Design In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 2) Preparation Of An Update Of The Map For Design Purposes; 3) Preparation Of Energy Characteristics; 4) Obtaining The Necessary Materials, Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Technical Connection Conditions, Etc. Or Updating Them In Order To Obtain A Building Permit (If Necessary) And The Possibility Of Carrying Out The Construction; 5) Obtaining A Final Decision On A Replacement Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; 6) Preparation Of Cost Estimates, Take-Offs And Updating Of Cost Estimates And Take-Offs, Which Will Not Be Subject To Change, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) For All Industries; 7) Preparation Of Other Studies Necessary To Prepare Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of The Building; 8) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Designed Project, Also Including The Preparation Of Additional Studies Related To The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Or Replacement Documentation, If They Prove Necessary.3. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In The Following Quantities: 1) Printed Part: A) Complete Construction Design - 4 Copies; B) Complete Technical Design - 4 Copies; C) Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb - 2 Copies; 2) Digital Part, Saved On A Cd/Dvd Or Pendrive - 2 Copies. Digital Studies Should Include: A) Drawings In Dwg And Pdf Formats; B) Descriptive Part In Pdf Format And In Source File Format (E.G.
