Utm/Ngfw Class Devices – 1 Pc.7. Power Generator - 1 Piece With The Necessary Software (Server Operating System, Access Licenses, Virtualization Software, It Management Software) And All Licenses And Subscriptions Required To Ensure Full Functionality Described In The Opz. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Launch Of All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Training And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. All Offered Devices Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty, Come From An Official Distribution Channel In Poland (A Statement From The Manufacturer Or Authorized Distributor Is Required). The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Contractor Invoking Equivalence Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Detailed Comparison Table Showing The Fulfillment Of Each Of The Functional Parameters Described In This Opz. The Technical Parameters Provided Are Minimal - The Contractor May Propose Equipment With Higher Parameters. In Relation To All Delivered Active Devices (Matrix, Nas, Switch, Utm) And Software (Virtualization System, It Management Software), Requirements Analogous To Those Specified In Point 3 For The Server Apply, I.E.: Origination From The Official Channel Manufacturers Distribution Company, Manufacturers Support, No Components Subject To Sanctions Or Export Restrictions In Force In The European Union And A Documented Manufacturers Policy On Vulnerability Management (Cve). For The Utm/Ngfw Device, The Ordering Party Additionally Requires A Declaration That The Manufacturer/Supplier Of The Solution Is Not On The National Or Eu Lists Of High-Risk Suppliers Within The Meaning Of The Provisions On The National Cybersecurity System. To The Extent That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Involves The Contractors Access To Personal Data Processed By The Ordering Party (Including Data Of Residents And Employees, Backup Copies, Active Directory Directory Service Or File Shares), The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude An Agreement With The Ordering Party To Entrust The Processing Of Personal Data Before Starting The Work. (Article 28 Of The Gdpr) And Comply With The Principles Of Confidentiality And Data Security Described In Detail In The Implementation Chapter Of This Opz. The Implementation Must Be Carried Out Outside Office Opening Hours (Nights, Weekends Or Other Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party) So As Not To Disrupt Current Operations. During Normal Working Hours, All Systems And Services Must Remain Available. If It Is Necessary To Temporarily Disable Services, The Contractor Must Obtain The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Party And Provide Alternative Solutions.
