Tenders Are Invited For Providing Transport Services To The Radków Commune - Transport Of Disabled Students From The Radków Commune Based On Monthly Tickets

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services Consisting In Transporting Disabled Students From The Radków Commune To Indicated Schools And Facilities And Returning Them After The End Of Classes, In The 2026/2027 School Year, Carried Out In The Form Of Purchasing Monthly Tickets.1.1. The Transport Will Be Carried Out On School Days, In Accordance With The Organization Of The 2026/2027 School Year And The Schedule Of Classes Of Schools And Institutions Attended By The Transported Students. 1.2. The Expected Length Of The Route Is Approximately 39 Km In One Direction, I.E. Approximately 78 Km Per Day - Transport Of Students To Schools And Facilities And Their Return After Classes. 1.3. Before Starting The Service, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Detailed List Of Pick-Up Places For Students, Schools And Destination Facilities, As Well As A Schedule Of Deliveries And Drop-Offs.1.4. The Transport Of Students Must Be Organized In A Way That Enables Their Punctual Arrival At Schools And Facilities Before The Start Of Classes. Transport Will Be Carried Out After The End Of The Classes, In Accordance With The Schedule Provided By The Ordering Party.1.5. Students Must Be Transported Only In A Vehicle Designed And Approved For The Transport Of Persons, Meeting The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law, The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.1.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Vehicle With A Number Of Seats Appropriate To The Number Of People Transported As Part Of The Order, Enabling The Simultaneous Transport Of All Students On A Given Route And A Guardian Provided By The Ordering Party. The Number Of Persons Transported Cannot Exceed The Permissible Number Of Seats Specified In The Vehicle Documents.1.7. The Expected Number Of Students To Be Transported Is 10.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
