The Outcome Of This Tender Is To Award The Successful Supplier(S) A Construction Agreement. This Agreement Aims To Outline The Terms And Conditions Of Installation Of Two Solar-Powered Water Filtration Systems In Saida (E.G. Indemnities, Liabilities, Warranties, Specifications, Lead Times, Prices Etc.) Under Which Future Contracts Will Be Signed. The Construction Agreement Does Not Commit To Any Purchases Or Specific Volumes. Any Future Purchases Which Will Be Completed Under Separate Purchase Orders Which Will Be Governed And Linked To The Original Framework Agreement. In The Interests Of Transparency And Equal Treatment And Without Being Able To Modify Their Tenders, Suppliers May Be Required, At The Sole Written Request Of Oxfam Procurement Team, To Provide Clarifications Within 48 Hours. These Requests Can Only Be For Clarification Purposes, Not For The Correction Of Major Details.
