Request for Information for Establishment of Labour Market, Industrial Area, Al Ain Bidding Opens on: 17 August 2026 Due on: 18 September 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced entities for the Establishment of a Labour Market in Industrial Area, Al Ain. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused development The successful investor will enter into a Long term lease contract for 11 years inclusive of development with DMT/AAM, granting the rights to Develop & Operate the Facility during the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar projects, along with a strong track record in operating such facilities. The project will be developed on a designated plot of land with a total area of 4,758.3 square meters located in a strategic area within the Industrial Area. This project aims to provide blue-collar workers in Al Ain with a dedicated marketplace offering retail and commercial facilities tailored to their needs The activities allowed in the Labour Market are listed in the Planning Constraints and summarized below: 1. Provision of temporary shaded selling stalls 2. Provision of food trucks and temporary food kiosks 3. Development of temporary service facilities such as restrooms, prayer area, site offices etc 4. Provision of all required utility and service connections necessary for site operations, including electricity, water, sewage, and related infrastructure. 5. Provision of all operational and site management services including market organization, security, logistics, cleaning, outdoor seating, landscaping, and public realm enhancement works.
