The City Of Oulu (Later Also The Customer) Requests An Offer For Electronic Sewing Machines, Seamers And Embroidery Machines, As Well As Sewing Machine Maintenance And Repair Services. Goods And Services Are Ordered Mainly For The Use Of Schools, But Other City Units Can Also Use The Contract If Necessary. A Framework Arrangement Is Formed From The Procurement. One Will Be Selected As The Contracted Supplier Of Sewing Machines And Sewing Machines. Companies Offering Maintenance And Repair Services Can Choose 1 Or At Most 2 Contract Suppliers. The Contract Period Is 2 Years. The Contract Can Be Extended With Two Separate Option Years 1+1. The City Of Oulu Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities.
