The Object Of The Procurement Is The Scoping Examinations, Which Include Colonoscopies And Gastroscopies, For Patients In The Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area. The Service Complements The Welfare Areas Own Operations And Is Implemented By An External Service Provider. The Contract Period Is Three (3) Years, And It Includes The Option To Extend The Contract With Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods (1 + 1). Implementation Of The Service: - Examinations Are Carried Out At The Service Providers Facilities In The Soite Area.- Patients Are Referred For Examinations Based On A Specialists Assessment. Ligation Of Hemorrhoids).- At Least 90% Of Colonoscopies Must Extend To The Caecum.- The Examination Uses Carbon Dioxide Filling And Intravenous Sedation If Necessary.- Interpretation Of Pad Responses And Planning Of Follow-Up Treatment Are Included In The Service.- Photographs Of Significant Findings Are Taken And Transferred To The Call System. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Survey The Market And Collect Information And Suppliers Comments So That A Possible Future Tender Could Be Carried Out In An Appropriate Manner. The Request For Information Does Not Ask For, And Does Not Give, Offers. Comments And Additional Questions Presented To The Procurement Unit Will Not Be Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Purchasing Unit To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Responses Received To The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tenders. Those Who Responded To The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Answering The Request For Information Or For Participating In A Possible Market Dialogue Event. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender.
