The Project Consists Of Rehabilitation Of The City¿S Existing 250,000 Gallon & 1,000,000-Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tanks. Work Includes Surface Preparation And Painting Of Exterior And Interior Of Both Tanks And All Other Items Indicated In These Contract Documents. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Lump Sum Basis, With Alternate Bid Items If Indicated In The Bid Form.
