RFP for Furniture and Fixture Package for Access Student Housing Building, Classroom Expansion, and Security Entrance Improvement – Phase 1 Follow Solicitation .Scope: Pursuant To Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship Of State Property, And Section 2156.121, Use Of Competitive Sealed Proposals, The Texas Facilities Commission Is Requesting Responses To This Request For Proposal For The Provision Of Furniture And Fixtures Delivered And Installed At 1102 S. Congress Avenue, Texas School For The Deaf (Tsd) Managed By The Texas Facilities Commission (Tfc) Located In Austin, Texas. Tfc Anticipates Possible Award To Multiple Contractors From This Solicitation As For Best Value For The State As Per Tgc 2156, Subchapter E.A)The Classroom Renovation And Addition Encompasses Twenty-One Thousand (21,000) Square Feet Of Educational Space In The Existing One (1) Story Kleberg Building. The Security Entrance Improvement Includes A One Hundred And Thirty-Five (135) Square Foot Prefabricated Guard Booth. The Project Also Includes One Thousand (1,000) Square Feet Of Outdoor Student Space. The Buildings Are Located On The North Side Of W.
