The Order Awarded With The Present Procedure Provides For The Delivery Of 1 Unit, A Factory New Vehicle With A Tipper Superstructure And Additional Equipment For Snow And Sandblasting, With Technical Characteristics According To The Technical Specification. The Public Procurement Is Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Instructions For Participation, Technical Specification And Draft Contract, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In This Procedure. The Main Purpose Is The Delivery And Warranty Service Of A Number Of Factory-New Vehicles With Dump Trucks And Additional Equipment For Snow And Sandblasting For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kula, Necessary For Cleaning The Streets And Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kula During The Winter Season. The Selected Contractor Must Provide, For The Duration Of The Contract, An Equipped Service Base For Rapid Warranty Maintenance And Emergency Assistance In The Event Of Interruptions In The Normal Operation Of The Vehicle. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Will Be Realized, Are In Accordance With The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
