The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Services For The Preparation And Delivery Of Complementary Snacks For The Students From I To Iv Grades At The Chernorizets Hrabar Secondary School - Plovdiv. 1. The Supplied Supporting Breakfast Should Necessarily Provide 10 - 15 Percent Of The Energy Content Of The Days Food For The Relevant Age Group, Namely The Students From I To Iv Grades, According To The Recommended Values For Average Daily Intake Of Energy And Nutrients Determined In Appendix No. 1 To Art. 9, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. H-3 Of October 3, 2025 On Healthy Nutrition For Students; 2. The Food Must Be Of High Quality, Wholesome And Safe, Meeting All The Requirements Of National And European Legislation In This Regard; 3. Prepared Snacks Should Be Delivered To The School Building By: No Later Than 8:00 A.M. (Eight Hours) Daily During School Days In Quantities According To The Number Of Students Present In The School. 4. For Each Delivery Of Prepared Snacks, A Receipt-Handover Protocol Must Be Signed By The Contractor On A Daily Basis, Prepared By The Class Teacher Of The Respective Class, In Which The Number Of Students Present, The Type And Number Of Snacks Received Is Indicated. 5. The Delivery Of Ready-Made Snacks Should Be Made To The Building Of Su Chernorizets Hrabar, Located At The Address: City Of Plovdiv, 9 Saedinenie Street. 6. Breakfasts Should Be Prepared From Attachments To The Technical Specification Breakfast Assortment, With The Contractor Then Supplying Fruit Instead Of Breakfast Once A Week. Once A Week, Breakfast Should Be Made From Whole Grain Flour. 7. The Food Should Be Prepared In Establishments For The Production And/Or Trade Of The Food/Food Groups, The Subject Of The Order, Possessing A Certificate Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Food Act (Fa) (Article 12 Of The Fa (Repealed) Or Art. 23 Of The Fa (Official Gazette, No. 52 Of 09.06.2020), Respectively, That The Establishment Is Entered In The Register Under Art. 14 Of The Act (Repealed) Or Art. 24 Of The Act (Official Gazette No. 52 Of 06.06.2020). 8. The Supporting Breakfast Should Be Prepared From Food Products That Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Food Law And Related By-Laws. 9. The Volume Of Breakfast Supplies Will Depend On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract. The Client Does Not Undertake The Obligation To Request The Preparation And Delivery Of Snacks, As Well As To Pay For Them, In Case Such A Need Has Not Specifically Arisen. The Contractor Under The Contract Cannot Claim Compensation For Not Having Been Assigned A Certain Volume Of Contract Activities.
