The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is Supply Of Natural Gas For Heating For The Needs Of The Gasified Facilities Of The Municipality Of Lyaskovets And The Units Of Budgetary Support From The Budget Of The Municipality Of Lyaskovets. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Separate Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Childrens Nursery Mir - Town Of Lyaskovets; Separate Position No. 2: Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Lyaskovets - Town Of Lyaskovets, 76 Nikola Kozlev Street; Separate Position No. 3: Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Lyaskovets - Town Of Lyaskovets, Vazrazhdane Square No. 1. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 48 (Forty-Eight) Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Specified In The Contract. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Eur 81,945.02 Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 65, Para. 1 Of The Regulations For Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppa), In Connection With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), The Contracting Authority Shall Not Apply Art. 64, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of Ppzop And Will Not Send An Invitation To Participate In The Procedure. Contracts For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Will Be Concluded With Overgas Networks Jsc, Possessing Exclusive Rights For The Distribution Of Natural Gas And The Supply Of Natural Gas From A Final Supplier In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Lyaskovets. According To Art. 65, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop Contracts Will Be Concluded After The Entry Into Force Of The Decision To Open The Procedure.
