Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Stationery For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kardzhali By Specific Positions, Incl. Goods According To Art. 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zop

The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Stationery, Office And Paper Materials Necessary For The Normal Functioning Of The Structural Units Of The Municipality Of Kardzhali. Deliveries Are Made Upon Specific Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Bills Of Quantities/Price Proposals And The Terms Of The Contract. The Subject Is Divided Into The Following Distinct Positions: Separate Position No. 1: Delivery Of Stationery For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kardzhali; Separate Position No. 2: Delivery Of Goods Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa; Separate Position No. 3: Delivery Of Paper Products For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kardzhali. Separate Item No. 2 Includes Goods Included In The List Approved By The Council Of Ministers Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. Therefore, The Position Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, As Well As Economic Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position, Under The Conditions And In Accordance With Art. 12 Of The Zop. In The Specific Case, Separate Item No. 3 Will Be Assigned Independently According To The Order Applicable To Its Individual Estimated Value, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. Therefore, It Is Not Subject To The Current Procedure And No Bids Are Submitted For It Within The Procedure.​​​​​​
