4357 Bastion Street Parkade Phase 5 Post Tension Repairs . The City Of Nanaimo Invites Qualified And Experienced Contractors To Submit Bids For Thebastion Street Parkade Phase 5 Post-Tension Repairs. The Work Generally Consists Of Post-Tension Strand Replacement And Associated Repairs Within The Parkade Structure, Including The Replacement Of All Twenty (20) Post-Tension Strands In Beam One (1) And The Replacement Of One (1) Tension-Deficient Post-Tension Slab Strand Identified As S40. Contractors Shall Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Supervision, And Related Services Necessary To Complete The Work
