High-Pressure Steel Abo Gas Cylinders (600 Units Total) • Part Number & Model Baseline: P/N 3A2015 • Technical Specifications: Manufacturing Must Strictly Adhere To Dot-3Aa / Tc-3Aam Seamless Steel Specifications, Featuring A 2,400 Psig Service Pressure And A Verified Hydrostatic Test Pressure Of 4,000 Psig. • Physical Dimensions: Cylinders Must Feature A Volumetric Capacity Of 2,990 Cubic Inches (49 Litres) And A Body Length Of Exactly 56.50 Inches ± 0.4 To Safely Lock Into Dnds Fixed Cascade Racking And Aircraft Servicing Systems. • Integrated Packaging & Crate Specifications: Each Of The 600 Units Of These Cylinder Assemblies Must Arrive Individually Pre-Housed Within Its Own Custom Heat-Treated Wooden Crate As An Inseparable, Factory-Integrated Delivery Package. 2.
