At The Time Of Awarding, The Hospital May Increase Or Decrease By Up To 30% Of The Amounts Estimated In These Bidding Rules, In Accordance With The Available Budgets, And Without Altering The Principle Of Strict Subjection To The Bases Of Equality Of The Bidders. It Is Established That The Quantities Of Products And/Or Services Are Of Variable flow, Which Means That The Hospital Does Not Undertake To Acquire Specific Quantities On A Periodic Basis, It Will Be According To The Hospitals Requirements, So In No Case Will Minimum Purchase Stock Be Set, Nor Totals, So The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Dispatch. The Services Will Be Made Available To The Entire Hospital, Regardless Of The Original Requesting Clinical Unit, According To The Hospitals Requirements And, Provided That There Is The Corresponding Validation By The Contract Administrator. Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Carried Out Per Awarded Item, So Each Supplier May Bid For The Item(S) Including All Of The Corresponding Sub-Items, So An Offer Per Incomplete Item Should Be Considered Technically Inadmissible. An Exception May Only Be Made In The Event That None Of The Offers Present A Complete Item, Allowing The Offeror To Be Evaluated With The Greatest Number Of Items Addressed, And Which, At The Same Time, Are Technically Admissible.
