The Director Of The La Serena Hospital, Hereinafter “The Hospital”, Has The Power To Make Calls For Public Proposals And/Or Private For The Purpose Of Acquiring Movable Property Or Contracting Services, In Accordance With The Standards Contemplated In Law No. 19,886 “Law Of Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services”, And Its Regulations Sanctioned By Decree No. 661, To Satisfy The Needs Of “The Hospital”, Therefore A Tender Is Called Public By “Dairy Product Supply Agreement” Id 1057439-47-Le26, Whose Characteristics And Requirements Technical Bases, Appear In These Administrative Bases With Their Forms No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And In The Technical Bases With Their Forms No. 5, 6, 7,8,9,10, Annex No. 1, Annex No. 2. These Bases Frame The Requirements Of The Nutrition Unit Of The La Serena Hospital Under The Tender “Dairy Product Supply Agreement” Id 1057439-47-Le26, In Order To Obtain The Supply Of Food And Other Requirements Indicated In Point B Of These Bidding Rules, Which Are Necessary For The Adequate And Timely Care Of All Patients At The La Serena Hospital, Both In Open Care And In Closed Attention.
