Prior Information Notice For Hotel Accommodation Services – Concession Of The Operation Service Of The Hotel Oromana (C-2026/032). The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Concession Of The Operation Service Of The Oromana Hotel, Municipally Owned, Located In The Municipality Of Alcalá De Guadaíra, Which Includes The Comprehensive Management Of The Establishment, As Well As The Execution Of The Necessary Rehabilitation, Renovation, Possible Expansion And Adaptation Of The Property For Its Correct Operation And Improvement Of Category, All In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Corresponding Technical Specifications. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Comprehensive Transformation Of The Hotel Establishment, With The Objective Of Adapting It To The Current Standards Of The Sector And Positioning It As A Four-Star Hotel, Through The Execution Of The Necessary Constructive Actions And The Implementation Of A Professionalized, Efficient And Quality-Oriented Management Model. This Tender Is Not Intended To Be A Mere Exploitation Of The Establishment In Its Current State, But Rather The Definition And Development Of A Global And Coherent Project That Integrates The Intervention On The Property With A Hotel Management Model Aligned With The Heritage, Landscape And Tourism Value Of The Environment In Which It Is Inserted, Contributing To Reinforcing The Identity And Uniqueness Of The Destination. In This Sense, The Concession Must Be Oriented Towards The Creation Of A Quality Hotel Offer, Capable Of Attracting Both Visitors And Local Users, Generating Economic Activity, Employment And Synergies With Other Sectors Linked To Tourism, Culture And Hospitality, And Acting As A Dynamic Element For The Municipality And Its Environment. Likewise, The Contract Includes Both The Execution Of The Works Defined As Mandatory, And, Where Appropriate, The Incorporation Of Improvements Proposed By The Bidders, As Well As The Comprehensive Management Of The Establishment, Including All The Services Necessary For Its Proper Functioning. The Details And Scope Of All These Services Are Developed In The Technical Specifications That Govern This Contract.
