The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Three Servers With Accessories, Cabling, Operating Systems And Warranty And Service With The Same Hardware Configuration, Intended To Work Within The Same It Environment Of The Ordering Party.1. The Ordering Party Requires That All Delivered Servers Be Devices Of The Same Manufacturer, The Same Brand, Model And Generation And Have An Identical Hardware Configuration, In Particular In Terms Of Processors, Ram, Mass Storage Controllers, Disks, Network Cards, Power Supplies, Management Systems And Firmware Versions. Hardware Uniformity Is Essential To Ensure Full Device Compatibility Required By The Server Cluster Architecture, And Thus The Ability To Use Common Configurations, Drivers, Update Packages, Administrative Procedures, And Monitoring And Management Tools. 2. The Devices Must Be Brand New And Represent The Model Included In The Manufacturers Official Offer On The Date Of Submission Of Offers. Refurbished, Demonstration Or Exhibition Equipment Is Not Permitted. The Devices Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. All Components Of The Offered Device Must Be Supported By The Device Manufacturer And Covered By Its Warranty. 3. Minimum 60-Month Manufacturers Warranty Provided At The Point Of Installation Of The Equipment. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver At Least One Piece Of Hardware With Software No Later Than December 23, 2026. The Requirement Is Caused By The Urgent Need To Replace The Damaged Server And The Possibility Of Financing A New Server With Software From A Special-Purpose Subsidy.5. Delivery Time For Remaining Servers With Software Is Up To 150 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
