Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Construction Of A Car Park In Rumelange – General Project Management Mission (Moe). Contract Notice Relating To A General Project Management Mission Including Architectural Services, Civil Engineering With Mobility Expertise And Technical Engineering, With A View To The Conclusion Of A Negotiated Contract As Part Of The Project To Construct A Car Park In Rumelange. Generally Speaking, The Following Services Are An Integral Part Of The General Project Management Mission: • Architectural Studies And General Design Of The Project; • Internal Coordination Of The Project Management Group; • Civil Engineering Studies With Mobility Expertise Including Exterior Developments, Vehicle And Pedestrian Access, Active Mobility Link, Network Connections, Internal Roads As Well As Connection To Existing Roads (N33); • Engineering Studies In Technical Engineering Including The Installations Necessary For The Operation Of The Car Park (In Particular Lighting, Power Supply, Photovoltaic Installation, Elevator And Technical Equipment); • Preparation And Monitoring Of The Files Necessary For Authorization Requests From The Competent Authorities, In Particular The Administration Of Bridges And Roads; • Study And Integration Of Constraints Linked To Archaeology, Where Applicable; • Study Of Exterior Developments Taking Into Account Environmental Constraints And Light Pollution. The Following Services (Non-Exhaustive List) Are Not Part Of This Contract And May, If Necessary, Be Carried Out By The City Of Rumelange Or Entrusted To Third Party Offices: • Safety And Health Coordination Mission (Css); • Control Office; • Approved Body; • Commodo/Incommodo Mission; • Topographic Survey; • Geotechnical Campaign And Soil Pollution Study; • Establishment Of An Inventory; • Ecological Assessment.
