At The National Level, By Concluding A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 24 Months, According To The Provisions Of The Specifications. Information On The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of Each Subsequent Contract And The Framework Agreement Can Be Found In The Annex - List Of Products - Quantities And Main Technical Characteristics To The Specifications. The Purchase Of Building Maintenance Materials Will Be Carried Out By Concluding A Framework Agreement For 2 (Two) Years Comprising A Number Of 2 (Two) Subsequent Contracts, Each Contract Concluded For A Duration Of 12 (Twelve) Months. The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed With The First 5 (Five) Bidders Declared Winners, And The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Done In Cascade (In The Order Of The Ranking Resulting From The Evaluation Of The Bids). Subsequent Contracts Will Not Be Awarded By Resuming The Competition.
