Fuels – Cash-Free Purchase Of Fuel For Vehicles And Mechanized Equipment For The Needs Of Municipal Economy Plant In Jezierzycach Sp. Z O.O. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Fuels - I.E. Diesel Oil And Unleaded Gasoline In A Cashless Sales System For The Needs Of Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej W Jezierzyce Sp. Z O. O. At The Contractors Gas Stations, In Accordance With The Quantitative Demand: 1) Diesel Fuel In An Estimated Amount Of 300,000 Liters - Including The Obligation For The Station To Have, In Addition To The Standard Summer And Winter Diesel (Cold Filter Blocking Temperature Up To -20 O C), At Least One Dispenser With Premium Class Diesel Fuel With A Cold Filter Blocking Temperature Down To A Minimum Of -28 O C. 2) Gasoline Unleaded In An Estimated Amount Of 15,000 Liters 3) Lpg In An Estimated Amount Of 2,000 Liters The Indicated Amounts Of Individual Fuels Are Indicative And May Change Depending On Needs. Fuels Covered By This Order Should Comply With The Requirements Of Polish Quality Standards. Fuels Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Industry And The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of December 30, 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1980) And The Pn-En 228 And Pn-En 590 Standards, As Amended). The Contractor Will Present Fuel Quality Certificates At The Gas Station At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. 2. Fuel Will Be Refueled During The Period Specified In The Contract At The Contractors Gas Stations, To The Ordering Partys Vehicles, Equipment, Tanks/Canisters Included In The Annex To The Contract.
