The Personnel Affairs Unit Of The City Of Kotka (Procurement Unit) (Customer) Requests Bids For The Provider Of Payroll Services, Personnel Management Services And The Information Systems That Support Them (Service Package) In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded For The Time Being With One Of The Most Economically Advantageous Bidders (Service Provider, Supplier In The Procurement Documents). During The Contract Period, The Service Provider Provides The Payroll Service And Personnel Management Services Outsourced By The Customer As A Service Package In Accordance With The Attachments To The Request For Tender. In The Provision Of Services, The Applicable Legislation, National Regulations Binding The Service Provider And The Subscriber, Statements, Instructions And Good Accounting Practices Are Followed. In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Services, As Part Of The Service Package, The Service Provider Delivers To The Customer The Information Systems Required For Service Production, Which Are Fully In Production Use, As A Saas Service (System Package) In Accordance With The Tender Request And Its Appendices. If The Provider Uses System Suppliers As Subcontractors To Produce These Saas Services, These Must Be Indicated In The Offer As Instructed In The Procurement Documents.
