The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit And Providing Authors Supervision For The Project Called: Primary School No. 19 Named After The Distinguished People Of The Sea At Ul. Emilii Hoene 6 In Gdańsk - Improving Energy Efficiency In School Buildings Belonging To Gmg. The Order Envisages The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Comprehensive Modernization Of The School Building In Order To Reduce The Costs Of Its Maintenance And Operation And Reduce Its Impact On The Environment. 2. The Scope Of Design Work Includes The Contractors Performance Of All Studies, Analyses, Arrangements And Activities Necessary To Prepare Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including: 1) Pre-Design Studies Prepared By The Contractor: - Map For Design Purposes At A Scale Of 1:500; - Inventory Of School Buildings; - Energy Audit Of The Gymnasium Building; - Construction And Technical And Installation Solutions Related To The Terrain Conditions; - Technical Construction Expertise Of School Buildings; - Industry Expertise; - Geotechnical Documentation; - Mycological Expertise Of The Facility; - Chimney Inspection; - Natural Inventory, Including Chiropterological And Ornithological; - Dendrological Documentation Of The Investment; - Materials For Obtaining Derogations From The Applicable Technical Conditions (Including Obtaining A Decision On The Above-Mentioned Derogations) - Optional; - Technical And Implementation Conditions, Agreements, Consents And Permits Related To The Connection Or Change Of Existing Connections Of Facilities To External Networks And The Communication System; - Other Studies That Will Prove Necessary During Design Work. 2) Design Tasks Related To The Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The School Building And Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Building And School Grounds. 3) Design Tasks Related To The Modernization And Renovation Of School Buildings, Including Possible Reconstructions. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
