Construction Work – Det Maritime Skolehjem - Main Contractor. This Tender Concerns A Main Contract For The Maritime School Home Project. The Project Includes The Establishment Of A School Home For 43 Vocational School Students From All Over The Country, Who Are Training To Become Boat Builders And Sail Makers. The School Home Will Be Part Of The Future Maritime Development Center In Værftshal 19 At Helsingør Kulturhavn. The Project Consists Partly Of An Existing Two-Storey Building Including Basement, Which Will Be Converted Into A Common House, And Partly Of A New Two-Storey Building Where The Students Bedrooms Will Be Located. Both Buildings Are Constructed With Sloping Roof Surfaces. The Existing Building Has A Brick Facade, While The New Building Is Primarily Built With Wooden Structures And Wooden Facades Combined With Slim, Heavy Concrete Decks Facing The Yard And A Plastered Facade Facing The Street Side. The Building Is Designed As A Closed Square Around The Existing Building, Which Creates A Natural, Inner Courtyard For Use By The Buildings Residents. As Part Of This Tender, With The Participation Of Its Own Suppliers, The Main Contractor Will Have To Participate In The Preparation Of The Execution Project Together With A General Consultant, Including Handling The Design Of Functional Tendered Deliveries.
