The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity In An Estimated Amount Of 30,000 Mwh In The Period From January 1, 2027. (Planned Date Of Commencement Of Electricity Supplies) Until December 31, 2028. For The Facilities Of The Wodociągi Kieleckie Company, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended). The Ordering Party Indicates That This Is An Estimated Amount Of Energy, And The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Amount Of Energy Delivered In The Indicated Period. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Purchased Indicated Above May Be Increased By 10% Or Reduced By 10% During The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy. The Technical Parameters Of Electricity Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And Polish Standards. The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Perform The Following Activities In Relation To The Existing Electricity Consumption Points (Hereinafter: Connections): A) Conclude An Agreement With The Ordering Party For The Sale Of Electricity For The Existing Connections And Consumption Points Being Implemented - Coming Into Force On The Date Of Effective Termination Of The Contract With The Current Seller, B) Notify The Relevant Distribution System Operator, I.E. Pge Dystrybucja S.A. To Implement The Electricity Sales Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party At Least 21 Days Before The Commencement Of Deliveries And Will Perform All Activities Necessary To Change The Supplier. The Contractor - Electricity Seller Must Have An Agreement Concluded With The Local Distribution System Operator, I.E. Pge Dystrybucja Sa. The Change Of The Seller Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Rules Adopted By Pge Dystrybucja S.A. The Contractor Will Sell Electricity To The Consumption Points Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Connections Are Located In Four Communes, I.E. Kielce, Masłów, Nowiny And Zagnańsk. The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Provided With A Detailed List Of Connections, Including: Address, Tariff Group, Ppe Number, Registration Number, Meter Number And Contracted Power. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Energy Consumption Points While Maintaining The Electricity Prices Applicable In The Contract, Depending On The Number Of New Facilities Put Into Operation Or Liquidation Of Existing Facilities, To Which The Contractor Consents.
