The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Whispered Simultaneous Interpreting, Simultaneous Translation Using The Internal Mechanism Of The Platform For Organizing Online Conferences, And Written Translation From Polish Into The Indicated Foreign Language And Vice Versa. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope: A. Simultaneous Translation Of Two Webinars (Local Development Forums) From Polish Into English Or German Or French And Vice Versa (2 Translators) Using The Internal Mechanism Of A Given Platform For Organizing Online Conferences, Made Available By The Ordering Party - A Total Of 2 Translation Blocks, One On Each Day; Each Time, One Of The Mentioned Languages, Indicated By The Ordering Party At Least 2 Weeks In Advance. B. Simultaneous Whispered Translation From Polish Into:  English And Vice Versa (2 Translators),  French And Vice Versa (2 Translators),  German And Vice Versa (2 Translators), Each Time 2 Languages In A Combination Indicated By The Ordering Party, During Meetings Of The Experience Exchange Network (Workshop Form Of The Event) In Poland In Warsaw On October 27-28, 2026, In Total 3 (Three) Times, 3 Translation Blocks Each, Including: Provision Of Portable Whispered Interpreting Devices (Transmitter + Receiver Each Time For An Average Of 25 People); C. Written Translation From Polish Into English And Vice Versa, From Polish Into German And Vice Versa, From Polish Into French And Vice Versa, Of Documents Developed As Part Of The Project, Of Which, For The Purposes Of Preparing A Price Offer, Please Assume That The Estimated Number Of Pages Will Include 2 Pages Translated In The Standard Mode And 50 Pages In The Express Mode. At The Stage Of Announcing The Contract, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Determine The Estimated Number Of Pages In A Given Language.
